ZinC Plating Introduction:
1.Definition: Zinc plating is the most commonly used plating for
commercial fasteners and is actually the process of forming a
uniform, dense, well-bonded deposit of metal or alloy on the
surface of the part using electrolysis.
Advantages: The advantage is that it is cheaper and has a better
appearance, and is usually available in white, blue and white and
colour plated.
2.Disadvantages: The disadvantage is that the corrosion resistance
of zinc plating is generally the lowest among zinc plating
(coating) layers, with a zinc thickness of 20-30μm.
